A
Memorandum of Understanding has been developed with the François-Xavier
Bagnoud Center for Health and Human Rights (FXBC) at the Harvard
School of Public Health. As part of this Memorandum of
Understanding, FXBC is developing a strategy for WHO interaction
with the UN human rights treaty monitoring system.
